Our heartfelt thanks to all wonderful volunteers for your selfless contributions to the Vegetarian Food Carnival 2011 held on the 16th September 2011. It was an amazing success with more than 90 varieties of delicious and mouth watering food, fun and exciting games, free health screenings, and other interesting stage programmes.

It was a great success and we could not have done it without your support.

A project brought to you by Malaysian Yoga Society(MYS) in association with the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors (MAYI) to uplift Society is open for applications :
KARMA YOGA PROJECT 2011 :


Date: 19th 23rd November, 2011 (5 days)

 

Venue: SJK (C) Chap Khuan, Batu Arang (Rawang)

 

Time: 09:00am 05:00pm (Residential – optional)


Limited to 50 applicants per session


This programme is open to individuals aged 18 and above and is limited to 50 participants per session. Upon completion of the programme, you will be awarded with an International Yoga Instructor Certificate from the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors’ (MAYI).
This Special Program will incorporate the following course and is FREE for all successfulapplicants.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA INSTRUCTOR COURSE (IYIC)
Covering all aspects of teaching yoga-from basic asanas to intermediate level asanas; philosophy of yoga; pranayama - breathing techniques; shatkarma - cleansing techniques; pratyahara -relaxation techniques and management of a yoga class.

alaysian Yoga Society under its Karma Yoga Project hopes that by introducing this special program, it can pave an outlet for those interested to learn and teach yoga but do nohave the resources to do sothus helping in our own way to minimize the unemployment crisis.
